I'm Matt, a therapist offering trauma-informed, strengths and evidence-based care that supports healing, growth, and a deeper sense of purpose. I’ve been trained in Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),  Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Stage-Wise Treatment. Together, we’ll focus on meaningful change and movement toward your goals.

I welcome adults of all genders, identities, and backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ individuals, parents, those hoping to become parents, and anyone navigating life’s transitions. I'm an ally, anti-racist, and LGBTQ+ affirming therapist who believes everyone deserves to feel seen, supported, and valued.
